1. Scope
This notice covers the public Marshfellow website at marshfellow.eu and www.marshfellow.eu. Privacy questions can be sent to info@marshfellow.eu. Read the Privacy Policy for information about data handling, legal bases, recipients and your rights.
Cookies are small values stored by your browser and sent with relevant website requests. Local storage, session storage and measurement scripts are different technologies, so a website can process visit information even without an analytics cookie.
2. Technical cookies on the public website
Our hosting and security infrastructure currently uses these cookies. Their presence can depend on the domain, request and security checks; a visit may renew their lifetime.
These are used for security and consistent website delivery, not for advertising. Further information on __cf_bm is available in Cloudflare’s cookie documentation.
3. Storage and platform measurement
Marshfellow’s website code does not currently write localStorage or sessionStorage, set an advertising cookie, or load a targeted-advertising pixel. Form drafts are held in memory while you use the form, rather than saved by us in persistent browser storage. Your browser may separately offer autocomplete features controlled by its settings.
The published hosting platform adds a performance and traffic-measurement script, ~flock.js, configured to send events to Tinybird. This is separate from the two technical cookies listed above. Not setting analytics cookies does not mean no visit data is processed. The Privacy Policy explains the purpose, providers and relevant privacy rights.
Where optional cookies or similar technologies require consent, we will ask for a separate choice before using them. Continuing to browse does not constitute consent.
4. Your choices
You can inspect, delete or block cookies in your browser’s settings. Blocking technical cookies may affect security checks or page delivery. Deleting a browser cookie does not automatically delete information already processed on a server.
